Why aren't there any jobs for Fresenius Medical Care on stayFresenius?

Due to the completed deconsolidation of Fresenius Medical Care, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer jobs for this business segment on stayFresenius.

If you are interested in a job at Fresenius Medical Care, please use the external job market on the global careers website of Fresenius Medical Care.

General FAQ about stayFresenius

What is stayFresenius?

stayFresenius is the new internal global job portal for the entire Fresenius Group. It means that Fresenius employees can now find all the current job vacancies in one place – for different levels and in a whole host of countries around the world.  

What features are available on stayFresenius?

    If you have a Fresenius Windows account, you don’t need to enter any additional login information to access stayFresenius – you can simply use single sign-on and log in automatically.

  • Instant translation  
    Employees can view job vacancies in their native language with just one click thanks to the technology from DeepL.

  • Automatically up to date  
    You can set up as many convenient job alerts as you wish on stayFresenius. You will then be sent regular automated emails containing current vacancies.

Who can access stayFresenius?

All employees working for the Fresenius Group can access stayFresenius.  

Those with a Fresenius Windows account don’t need a separate login when using their work devices. This means that if you are at your desk or have activated a VPN from a different location, you can access stayFresenius directly, without needing to enter any additional login details. The system identifies you by your Windows account (using the so-called “single sign-on” technology) and knows that you are authorized to access stayFresenius.  

What happens if I don’t have a Fresenius Windows account or if I want to log in to stayFresenius from my own personal device?

Simply use the following group credentials:

Username: Fresenius
Password: Stay2Grow!

Please note: Do not share this login information or the information about internal job vacancies with people outside the company. You can, of course, point interested parties to vacancies within the Fresenius Group that are listed on external websites and job portals. The best place to send them is to our International Fresenius Careers Website Hub. 

Can I share the group credentials with colleagues or people who don’t work for Fresenius?

You are welcome to share the password with colleagues from the Fresenius Group. Please don’t share the group credentials with non-Fresenius employees. Instead, point them to vacancies within the Fresenius Group that are listed on external websites and job portals. The best place to send them is to our International Fresenius Careers Website Hub. 

Can I use stayFresenius when I am at work?

You can access stayFresenius from your desk – whether you are in the office or at home. It doesn’t matter which type of device you log in with. You can use a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.  

But please remember: any time that you spend looking for job vacancies must be deducted from your working hours. 

Can I use my own device to access stayFresenius?

You can access stayFresenius from your own device, without the need for a VPN. It doesn’t matter which type of device you log in with. You can use a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Either log in using your Fresenius Windows account or, if you don’t have a Fresenius Windows account or don’t have the login details to hand, simply use the following group credentials:

Password: Stay2Grow!

Which devices and browsers is stayFresenius optimized for?

stayFresenius has been optimized for Microsoft Edge, but you can use other browsers to access the portal. You can use stayFresenius with any device you choose, from smartphones to tablets, laptops, and PCs.

I am having technical problems using stayFresenius. Who should I turn to for help?

If you are experiencing technical issues, please email stay@fresenius.com. Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible: for example, state the browser and version that you were using when the problem occurred and the exact nature of the issue/which error message you received. If you can, please provide a screenshot. This will allow us to assist you as quickly as possible.

FAQ about job search and application

Can I find all the current global job vacancies on stayFresenius?

stayFresenius contains a wide range of open jobs within the Fresenius Group – across different countries and various parts of the company.  

We are currently working on establishing the technical interface required for this in additional subsidiaries. We want to make it easier for all members of staff to look for vacancies within the Group, wherever they may be in the world, and to make it easy for Fresenius recruiters to use stayFresenius.  

If your country is not yet connected to the stayFresenius interface, as a recruiter, you can also access stayFresenius and publish job vacancies manually. Please contact stay@fresenius.com to receive your login.

Can I apply to any job listed on stayFresenius?

Yes, you can apply to any of the listings that match your interests and qualifications. If a job has any particular requirements, these will generally be stated on the vacancy.

Can I set up automated alerts for the latest job vacancies?

Yes. If you can’t find any suitable positions, you can set up one or even several job alerts. Once set up, you will receive an automated email when a new vacancy becomes available that matches your search criteria. You can use your private or your business email address for the job alerts.

I have found jobs that I am interested in, but I do not want to apply directly. Can I create a watchlist?

Yes. Simply click on the heart icon in the search results list or directly in the job description to save a job to your personal watchlist. You can access your personal watchlist by clicking on the heart icon at the top right of the page. Your watchlist will be kept even if you close your browser. Please note, however, that the watchlist is only available on the device and browser on which you created it.

I have found a suitable vacancy on stayFresenius. How do I apply?

The application process varies by region, company and job post. Generally speaking, you need to click on the “Apply now” button on the job listing. You will be forwarded to the application assistant for the respective Fresenius company. You will then be able to apply online.

Some Fresenius companies don’t currently have an option to apply online, or the online application system is not yet connected to stayFresenius. In this case, instructions for applying will be detailed in the job listing, e.g., apply via email.  

What do I need to consider if I apply for a job in a different country?

When you apply for a job, you are agreeing to the country-specific employment laws that apply to the respective legal entity being applied to the application process. You may also require a work permit in some countries. Please note that a work permit is not automatically issued for international applications at Fresenius and the cost of your relocation to another country won’t necessarily be covered.  

Can I use stayFresenius for unsolicited applications?

No. Currently there are no plans to facilitate unsolicited applications on stayFresenius. 

Who should I contact if I have questions about a job vacancy?

The job listings usually include a point of contact who you can get in touch with should you have any questions. 

Can I use the portal to apply for several different jobs at once?

Yes. You are welcome to apply for multiple positions. 

Which documents do I need to apply?

The documents required for your application depend on the department and the country in question. An up-to-date CV is the minimum requirement. If you have any questions, please contact the person named in the job listing.

Do I need to re-enter my information for each application? Or can I save my documents?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to save your documents on stayFresenius due to data protection laws.
